At Zumba Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not feeling the beat, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log in to our Returns Portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
